Together with her cousin Joris Vermeer, Yvette runs a small restaurant,
called Aan the Amstel.
They’re open from Wed-Sun at 16:00 for drinks & nibbles and from 18:00 on as a restaurant, with a small seasonal menu, that changes every two weeks.
Aan de Amstel also takes on groups from 15 people up to about 26 for a private dinner party. They serve seasonal Mediterranean food: French, Italian, a bit Arabic and the likes. Everything is home made and from local produce.
The restaurant also caters parties/lunches/dinners/weddings/events and so on, at any other location from about 40 – 500 people or even more.
For enquiries please leave a message at: info@aan-de-amstel.nl or go the restaurant’s website: www.aan-de-amstel.nl (for now, in Dutch an English version is coming up)
